The assistant runs on a custom GPT (the configurable version of ChatGPT) fed with the project's analyses: market study, construction and operating costs, acoustics, ventilation, as well as every page of this site. Ask it a question in plain language — it answers by drawing on these documents.

Sign in to ChatGPT, otherwise it won't work.

The assistant is hosted on ChatGPT. To use it, you must be registered and signed in to ChatGPT. Without a session, ChatGPT refuses the conversation and shows this error message — you won't be able to ask any question:

ChatGPT screenshot: the message « We're sorry, but you don't have access to GPT interactions » is displayed, with an arrow pointing to the « Log in » and « Sign up for free » buttons in the top right.
The message « You don't have access to GPT interactions » appears when you are not signed in. The fix is in the top right of ChatGPT: click Log in, or Sign up for free if you don't have an account yet.
  1. Open ChatGPT and click Sign up for free (or Log in if you already have an account). It's free.
  2. Once signed in, open the assistant below — your questions will work without an error message.

A free ChatGPT account is enough. The assistant opens in the same window ; use your browser's « Back » button to return to the site.

A few example questions

You can ask it anything about the project. For example:

Costs
« How much would construction cost? »

And how does it compare to the third road link?

Why a tunnel
« Why underground rather than at the surface? »

What a tunnel offers that no surface path can provide.

Comfort & safety
« Is it safe, airy, well lit? »

Ventilation, monitoring, full separation from cars.

Winter in Québec
« What about black ice, cold, the hills? »

Why winter becomes a non-issue underground.

Good to know. The assistant can make mistakes, and the figures it cites are preliminary design estimates — not final amounts. For a precise question, to validate an assumption or to reach the project team, go through the Contact page.
